About Data protection
Any information in this Privacy Notice is there to help you understand what data is being collected and why, how it will be stored and used, who the information will be shared with and your rights to access the data.
How we will use your data
The data you supply will be used for the arrangement of Bespoke holiday home management services including key holding, changeover cleaning, property maintenance, linen provision, emergency support, vacant property inspections and invoicing you for these services.
Any data you provide with be securely stored and only the employees of Helping Hands Cornwall Ltd will have access to the data.
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless requested in writing by you.
No information you provide will be disclosed to any other companies except to prevent fraud or we are required to do so by law.
You have the right to your data and given reasonable notice of one month your data can be sent to you in a usable format.
You also have the right to have your data removed, you can request any or all data held about you is removed and we will also only keep the data for as long as is required.

Data Breaches
Data breaches will be reported to the ICO for review and investigation within 72 hours if it likely to result in the risk to your rights or freedoms as an individual.
Other data breaches will be dealt with internally but you will be notified immediately if a data breach occurs.
We will annually review our data protection processes with a DPIA (Data Privacy Impact Assessment) and you will be notified of any changes.
You have the right to contest any request for data or how it is stored and used however this may affect the service we are able to provide you.
